Elektrodistribucija continues to invest in the digitalization and automation of the distribution grid through the implementation of the Field Service Management (FSM) platform, which allows electricians to receive work orders directly in digital form.

So far, 1 million euros have been invested in the implementation of this platform. It enables faster and more efficient management of the distribution grid, as well as a higher level of control and operational automation. The FSM platform allows integration with IoT technologies, which will enable real-time monitoring, prediction of network loads, and optimized energy distribution management.

The planned digitalization does not stop here. By the end of 2025, an additional half a million euros will be invested in state-of-the-art equipment for remote management of major substations. This will directly strengthen the control and automation of the distribution network, enabling rapid response and minimization of supply interruptions.
