The process for change of supplier is defined in the Supply rules approved by Energy Regulatory Commission.

If you want to change your electricity supplier it is necessary for you to consult your newly chosen supplier and to make a request in which you will state all of your metering points for which you want to change the supplier.

The new supplier starts the process at least 60 days, and not latter than 23 work days before the date of supplier switch.    
The change of supplier is always done on the first day of the month.

The customer can terminate the process for change of supplier at any moment but not after the date of the start of the agreement with the new supplier.
